Originally from Phoenix,Az Kevin has been an advocate for youth athletes most of his entire life. He grew up playing as many sports as possible including soccer,football,basketball,baseball as well as judo. He ended up choosing football which later on became a career. His parents always put academics first and sports second. The hard work in the classroom in high school where he was in the top 10 % of his class  and on the football field where he was an All State performer as well as a 2 time State Champion translated into a full scholarship to play football at Stanford University. That work ethic continued as he was able to excel in both college academics as well as on the football field. After being a 4yr starter and a 1st Team All Pac-10 performer at Stanford he was drafted by the Detroit Lions fufilling his dream of playing in the NFL. After 10 years of professional football which included playing in the NFL, CFL,AFL,XFL and NFL Europe Kevin retired and has since been devoted to helping athletes at all levels achieve their dreams. He has been coaching and mentoring amateur as well as pro athletes for more than 15years. He not only knows the importance of what an athlete goes through trying to be successful on the field but also stresses the balance an athlete needs in their emotional,personal and spiritual life. Educating our youth on the the importance of being a successful student and having goals outside of sports has always been a foremost priority.  The ability to give back and help ahletes achieve their goals may it be to achieve a college scholarship or to play pro has been a driving force behind his company START which helps student athletes find available collegiate scholarships as well as helping pros and semi-pros market themselves to scouts and personnel to help keep their dreams alive of playing professional sports.
